CHEMICAL PEELING (FACE AND BODY)

Despite the popularity of microdermabrasion and/or diamond peel machines; a lot of people still prefer chemical peeling for skin rejuvenation. For one, it is non-invasive and the method of application is fast and easy. And primarily because it’s proven 100% effective and result is long lasting…if done by the right hands.

Chemical peel is a skin rejuvenating procedure that utilizes a chemical solution applied to the skin surface to treat various skin conditions such as fine lines and wrinkles, melasma, freckles, facial blemishes, shallow acne scars, uneven skin pigmentation, and discoloration from acne and sun damage. The procedure is safe and non-invasive, and results will give you a youthful, softer, tighter and smoother skin.

Different chemicals are used in this procedure, our clinic prefer a very superficial peel solution called trichloroacetic acid (TCA) because it has limited effects, plus applying it entails very short time. You can have it done in less than an hour, during your lunch break and then return to work or school.
During the procedure, you will experience a burning or stinging sensation but it can be well controlled with cool compresses. Healing and exfoliation of the skin will take place for a few days, and by then you will notice that the dead skin has totally peeled off, and are now replaced with fresh, “pinkish”, new skin surface.
